You get two pages that show which tasks AI can help with, which ones should stay with a person, and how many hours you could get back.

Step 3

I set up the best ones and show you how to use them.

Each workflow comes with a saved prompt and a plain-language guide, and we test it together before I call it done.

A full look at your work week. Every task gets scored, and you get a two-page report with the hours you could get back.

Setup and Training

$1,500 per round

Up to five workflows set up and tested, with saved prompts, a plain-language guide and two weeks of questions.

Monthly Support

$300 a month and up

Questions and fixes by message, with up to two new workflows a month on the bigger plan.

Your audit fee comes off Setup and Training when you book within 30 days. Prices are in Canadian dollars.

Do I need to be good with tech?

No. If you can send an email, you can do this. I set everything up and write the steps in plain language.

Will AI make mistakes?

Sometimes, yes. That's why every workflow has a person checking the result before anything goes out.

What tools do I need?

Usually one AI subscription that you own, plus the tools you already use. Your report tells you exactly what you need.

What if I only want the audit?

That's fine. The report is yours to keep, and it's written so you can set things up yourself if you'd like to.
